AnneLise Miller has been a practitioner of colonic hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and kinesiology for over 20 years. She is a leading teacher of colonic hydrotherapy in the UK and abroad with an internationally renowned expertise. She co-founded The Whole Health Centre in London in 1995 and is currently an appointed advisor to The Institute of Professional Colon Hydrotherapy. She has contributed to Here's Health magazine, has been featured in the Independent newspaper and appeared on BBC, Channel 4 and ITV Television.

Anne-Lise's approach is holistic. She uses a combination of proven scientifically based methods to support the natural healing process of each individual. Anne-Lise will advise, guide and help each step of the way towards restoring natural balance for a leaner more energised body.

Anne-Lise provides colonic hydrotherapy in combination with nutritional advice to help address symptoms such as constipation, IBS, skin problems, bloating and digestive discomfort. She also offers a number of fully supported cleansing and detoxification programmes including the express ten day detox for quick result (weight loss and feeling more vital) and a comprehensive body composition and targeted weight loss programme to address the health issues associated with excess weight particularly around the waist line.

The fasting experience along with the treatment was the most amazing experience of my life. I really felt this was a life changing experience. Im feeling so much healthier and feel excellent, I have also lost weight and feel brilliant.
Thank you so much for the treatment and the support Anne Lise. I recommended the fasting and the colonic treatment to anyone, it will really help to feel healthier and to also help removed any toxins.
I am so happy, that I will do the 10 day programme again next year, I am counting the days to my next treatment.

Annelise is the sweetest and most caring person I have met for a long time. She really works with you and your body and don't judge you at all. I have now done many detox days and I have enjoyed everyone, especially the support Annelise gives me. I go home with great intentions of changing my life and eating habits and have done this little by little. The colonies and liver flushes have changed my body-habits completely. I can't recommend a better place to go if you want the full package of care, treatments and diet advice.. Top class

Cleansing for life and Anne-Lise is an overall great experience. The programme we followed (21 day detox) although hard, has been rewarding, and elements of it have been incorporated into everyday life. She is passionate, understanding and caring towards her clients.

I highly recommend AnnaLise Miller as an exceptional holistic therapist. With years of knowledge, incredible dedication and a compassionate heart.
A wonderful place to retreat too, where one can cleanse , renew and re-energise.

I have had numerous treatments over the years from Anna-Lise including 1:1 pilates regarding postural problems at that time; aromatherapy and hopi ear candling; and colon hydrotherapy from herself and students.

The environment is always warm and friendly. I always feel at ease to discuss any health problems I am concerned about. Not only am I given the appropriate treatment, I am also given good/useful after care advice. It has been known for Anna-Lise to follow through with a phone call if she is concerned about me (or more to the point, if she knows I am concerned about myself). I feel confident that Anna-Lise will offer advice for myself and family members over the phone or via e-mail where appropriate.

For 30 years I have struggled with severe bloating and intolerance to a wide variety of food and chemicals. I had sought various treatments without any improvement.
I had a consultation with AnneLise, a lovely lady dedicated, understanding and patient. After my 2nd Colonic Irrigation AnneLise suggested supplements for me to try - I was amazed how well they worked for me.
AnneLise and the staff at The Workshop provide exceptional value especially as I am having such very good results.

Having had stomach issues for years - bloating, cramps etc I was at my wit's end...attended another company for collonic and was given tablets which didnt help, then a friend reccomended Anne-Lise who got to the route of the problem and fixed, providing great aftercare advise too.

I have now had 2 colonics with Anne-Lise. Having been a little unsure about the process I was plesantly surprised by the set-up and how relaxed I was made to feel about the process. I had recently lost a bit of weight and felt a bit sluggish and had bad skin. The colonic and subsequent changes to my diet off the back of the treatment has really made improvements. I would definitely recommend it! You feel so good for it afterwards!

I had my first colonic irrigation last week with Anne-Lise Miller at the Whole Works and despite being very nervous found the experience to be relaxing and not at all embarrassing. Anne-Lise explained everything that was happening to me and made me feel at ease. It was fascinating to see what came out and I felt so much lighter afterwards. I went home inspired and determined to follow her dietary recommendations. I am looking forward to my next treatment now.

I went to see Anne-Lise Miller because I was feeling sluggish post Christmas. My head felt heavy, I was waking up tired every morning and I wanted to lose the 4 pounds I had put on over Christmas. When I spoke to her Anne-Lise recommended the 10 day express detox which sounded just right not too long and focusing on my liver seemed a good idea. I felt tired for the first 3 days as I was removing all the stimulants I had come to rely on to get me through the day but I made sure to start at the week end on Anne-Lises advice. By day 6 I felt fantastic. This was the day after my second colonic and when I woke up that morning I knew that I had turned a corner. I now have completed my cleanse and I have the spring back in my step; I did not go back on coffee and I am working out at the gym again; best of all I have lost those Christmas ponds! I definitely would recommend this detox
